    Hi Tabby!
    I would like to know if you have ever experimented with or tried using herbs to influence you estrogen levels? I am currently using Fennal Seeds, Fenugreek, Red Clover and Saw Palmeto. I have been using these herbs three times per day for about three months and am experiencing more sensitivity in my nipples and fullness in my breasts. It also appears that my testosterone levels are decreasing. I just FEEL much more feminine.

    On a side note, I have been reading your posts word for word for the past few months. What a lovely site. I especially enjoyed seeing your posting of your legs (I believe back in 2010). Mmmmm very well defined and sexy. You are very lucky to have such lovely legs Tabbly.     Oh, good question, Ariannami! I experimented with Saw Palmeto, Black Cohosh, Fennel, and Vitex. I swear they worked for me, but I don't know how much of that was wishful thinking and how much was reality.

    Yes I did experiment and the foods I felt had an effect were:

    Soy
    Fennel
    Yam
    Pumpkin

    Did you ever make use of the PA you selected.     Yes I have two cute tgirls working as my PA's they deal with my emails and send through anything that requires a response. They help me to find images and they also discuss ideas with me. I really want to move the blog into the main stream.

    Potentially there will be other positions but not at the moment.
